4 Paws Home and Pet Sitting has served the Mpumalanga Lowveld since 1999. The agency was founded by Catherine Lane, a veterinary nurse with decades of animal-care experience, to give travelling owners a professional alternative to ad-hoc help or crowded kennels.
Agency model - not a lone operator
Today the business is led by Gaenor Erasmus. We maintain a community of vetted sitters rather than relying on one person. That means backup when someone is ill or already booked, and a match based on your pets, your property, and your dates - not whoever is available on a spreadsheet.
Vetting & meet-and-greet
Every sitter is personally interviewed. No booking is confirmed until you and your animals have met the sitter and you are comfortable. We have hundreds of repeat clients who return year after year because that standard never slipped.
